Data Deletion Instructions

At DNI Data, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal information. Please follow the instructions below to delete your data or revoke our application's access to your platforms.

For DNI Data Consulting Clients

If you have submitted personal or company information to us via our website contact forms, email, or during a consulting engagement, you can request a complete deletion of your records.

How to requestSend an email to info@dnidata.net with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
What to includePlease include your full name, company name, and the email address associated with your account or inquiry.
Processing timeWe will process your request and permanently delete your data from our CRM and internal systems within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

For Users of the DNI Data Meta / Facebook App

If you have connected your Meta Business or Facebook account to a DNI Data application (such as our marketing reporting integrations), we do not save your personal Facebook profile data. However, you can completely revoke our app's access and request deletion of any associated authorization tokens by removing the app directly within your Facebook settings.

Follow these steps to remove DNI Data's access via Facebook:

  1. 1Log in to your Facebook account and click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  2. 2Select Settings & Privacy, then click Settings.
  3. 3In the left-hand menu, scroll down to the Your Activity section and click on Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations if you connected via a Business Portfolio).
  4. 4Find the DNI Data app in the list of active integrations and click Remove.
  5. 5A popup will appear. Check the boxes according to your preferences and click Remove again to confirm.
  6. 6Optional: To send a formal data deletion request to our servers directly through Facebook, click the "Send Request" button that appears after removing the app.

Once the app is removed, DNI Data will immediately lose all access to your Meta APIs, and any stored access tokens in our database will be invalidated and scheduled for automated deletion.
